Shaanxi Telecom’s “AI+” Enterprise Application Innovation Forum

On September 16, Shaanxi Telecom held its “AI+” Enterprise Application Innovation Forum in Xi’an. HENGSHI Technology participated as a co-organizer. Founder and CEO Liu Chengzhong used HENGSHI JARVIS to explain how an R&D digital employee can work inside an enterprise. AI must do more than generate code, he said; it must also enter code review, testing, and release so task execution and process management improve R&D efficiency. Within defined permissions and rules, JARVIS receives tasks, calls tools, advances execution, and records status and results in the team’s existing collaboration systems. R&D is the first use case because goals, verification, and rollback paths are clear. The forum also covered Token asset governance, a Token marketplace, FDE on-site delivery, and enterprise agent operations. HENGSHI formally joined the Shaanxi Internet Association to deepen exchanges with industry organizations and partners and support practical AI adoption.
